OUR DIT PROGRAMS

Tailoring

Comprehensive training in garment design, pattern making, cutting, and sewing. Students master both hand and machine sewing techniques, learn to create various clothing items, and develop the skills needed for fashion entrepreneurship.

Briquettes Making

Eco-friendly fuel production training where students learn to make charcoal briquettes from organic waste materials. This program teaches environmental conservation, waste management, production processes, and green entrepreneurship.

Liquid Soap Making

Students learn the complete process of manufacturing liquid soap, including ingredient selection, formulation, production, quality control, packaging, and marketing. This program equips learners with skills to start their own soap-making businesses.

African Buddhist High School Garuga is part of the Buddhist Peace School initiative, founded with a vision to provide quality education that integrates Buddhist principles of compassion and mindfulness with academic excellence and practical skills development.

Located in Garuga, Entebbe, our school serves as a beacon of holistic education, combining the wisdom of Buddhist teachings, the richness of African cultural heritage, and modern educational approaches to prepare students for success in the 21st century.

Excellence in Education

African Buddhist High School Garuga offers a rigorous academic program aligned with the Uganda National Curriculum for Ordinary Level (O-Level) and Advanced Level (A-Level) education.

Our experienced and dedicated teachers use innovative teaching methods to ensure students not only pass examinations but truly understand concepts and develop critical thinking skills. We maintain small class sizes to provide personalized attention to each student.
